Some autumnal images of Marlay Park at its most beautiful time of year.
Marlay park is a 300 acre park in the Rathfarnham Dun Laoghaire Rathdown area of suburban Dublin.
The park was acquired by Dublin City Council in 1972.
The park features ornamental gardens, a courtyard adjacent to Marlay House (an example of Georgian architecture), a coffee shop and wooded walks.
The park also has many other amenities; a cricket pitch, tennis courts, football pitches, Gaelic Football pitches, a miniature railway but most stunning of all is the woodland that surrounds the outer edge of the park. (Hit the sound player and scroll down)
