Flat Out Half Empty Half Full

Flat Out are a young, energetic band from Ballina, County Mayo in the West of Ireland. The group comprises of cousins Ciara O’Donnell and Mark O’Donnell, plus friends, Brid O’Donnell and Harry Lawlor. They formed in 2013 and have gained great momentum since then. Winners of the 2014 ‘Le Crunch Apple of my Eye’ competition in association with Today FM, this has allowed them to perform in many great venues around Ireland and abroad. In addition to touring around Ireland, Flat Out have performed across the UK, Europe, America and quite recently Malawi, Africa. Coming from a traditional Irish music background, all members perform lead and backing vocals depending on the song and between them play guitar, fiddle, accordion, harp, bodhran, flute and tin whistle.
